Let’s keep the scenarios rolling!

Does any of this look or sound familiar?

And why is it so darn hard to talk about money?

There’s no shame in wherever you’re at - it’s either satisfactory for you or not. If not - let’s do something about your cash flow.

The worst thing you can do?

Put your head in the sand and/or fall into a victim trap.

Instead - put yourself back in the driver’s seat, take back your control (I’m here for backup 😉) and start making the necessary changes.

If you know me… you’ll know how much I LOVE talking business and leadership strategy. But what exactly IS it?

I think it boils down to critical thinking and problem solving. Not finding the “fix” to a problem… but ALL the best possible solutions and then creating a mix of them that is meaningful and appropriate for the person who’s in the struggle.

My approach, no doubt stems from my nursing career. I had to have sharp assessment skills - with there being great risk if I missed anything or got it wrong… and then diagnosing the situation. Why do we need a diagnosis? So we can select an appropriate array of treatments.

And then there is carrying out of the plan/treatment. Most people think this is what nurses “do” but I can assure you there is so much more to it than meets the eye. The same is true with business mentoring, strategy, and coaching. Don’t be fooled by the offers of “quick fixes” 😉

So with that, I’ve got a series of different case studies (super high level) that I’ll be sharing here. They’ll focus on some of the most common pain points I’ve helped people with over the years.

I hope they’ll get you thinking about your own situation and also maybe encourage you to have more grace for others who are in a struggle. We all get our turns. Let’s not forget that.

It’s that time. 📣

What if this was the year that you took all of that lofty goal setting and vision boarding and set out to finally gain the traction and momentum you’ve been wanting all along?

It doesn’t happen without intention.

Without a clear trajectory.

I’ve have witnessed so many brave, bold moves by my clients in recent months. The common thread?

Comittment. Doubling down. Making the decision to focus, plod through, and take ownership of their success.

No secret magic button - just a decision.

A decision to let go of what’s holding them back and being open to “what could be”.

A decision to design their vision. Not just a vision board.

A decision to dig deep. Place both feel firmly inside their business (or idea for a business) and do the work.

And it has been such a joy to be with them on their journeys.

Some are just starting out. Some are starting over. Some are continuing to build what their heart dreamed up over ten years ago… and they’re still plodding through. But with more joy than they’ve had in a long time.

And… they’re seeing changes. Watching their processes pay off. They’re asking really great questions. They’re challenging themselves… not waiting for the challenge to catch them unaware and unprepared.

They’re working towards a designed trajectory and I’m here to help with finding and sustaining the momentum.

So… what will your trajectory be in 2026? A big goal? A start-up-again? A new service offering? A big improvement? A new team? More time freedom? Less overwhelm?

My new approach as a Business Strategist and Mentor:

🔑 Less problem solving, more vision crafting.

(And no… not as in your “vision, mission, and values” only… that’s just a small part of it.)

I’m not here to tell you that your problems as a business owner or leader are insignificant. But I am here to tell you that if we keep focusing on what’s not working, we’re only going to get band-aid results.

I’m not a fixer 😉

I’m not here to sugar coat the situation or help you turn a blind eye to where things can be improved. But I am going to redirect you towards transformational change vs. transactional interventions.

I focus on iterative and sustainable implementation. I’m playing for the long game. Avoiding crises - not reacting to them.

All I ask of you is to be open minded. Be OK with change (it may be a little but it may also be everything that has to change). I know that can be uncomfortable but I’m here with you for all of it.

What if a year from now - things were radically different than they are today?

Would that be so bad?

Or could it be the pivot you’re craving in your life/business?

I’ve adopted an evolved approach with my client work.

You see… “fixing” problems is a temporary measure. It’s a narrow focus and highly transactional. I’ve had clients come to me after working with “fixers” and they were still struggling with patterns that held them back. Or… they were convinced that they needed more before they were ready to make the big bold decisions. More time… more knowledge… more confidence.

You aren’t lacking anything.

Well maybe one thing.

A clear vision of what you want that doesn’t get blurred by the “problems”.

Clarity.

Genuine clarity so you know where to place your time, money, and energy.

This isn’t the same as “an absence of problems”.

I’ve changed. So have you. Spoiler alert… we ALL change and it’s a beautiful thing.

Call it evolution, call it transformation - call it growth…

I call it expansion.

I may have some critics for changing things up all the time. For taking on new business ventures. For always challenging the status quo. Some of those critics have valid points, too.

But I keep doing it anyway.

And I also have some incredible supporters, too ❤️

It’s true… I’ve done a lot of different things in my career. From Registered Nurse to Healthcare Executive to Entrepreneur (Business Consultant, Author, Podcaster, Jewelry Designer), to Philanthropist…

To now starting up a Real Estate team with NOW Real Estate Group (.homes) with my husband, David… I’m adding REALTOR® to the mix.

What am I dropping so I can start something new?

Not a dang thing.

Each of my facets makes me sharper and better able to bring my best in ALL of my areas of work.

So yes, I’m taking on an exciting new chapter with helping people buy and sell their homes.

But I’m still HELPING people. Because it’s not what the job title is… or the business name… or the logo…

It’s the difference you make in this world.

I just want to help people. Period.

I’m still here for ALL the business mentoring and strategy development and motivational speaking and executive coaching. I love it. All of it.

But some work days I’ll be creating jewelry designs.

Some days I’ll be making angel charms for charity.

Some days it will be marketing plans and sales strategies for home sellers.

Some days I’ll be a steward for new home buyers.

Some days I’ll be working on my next podcast episode.

Some days I’ll writing my next book (you heard that right).

Some days I’ll be developing out The ONE PROGRAM in its entirety. This one’s huge… but I’m happy to say we FINALLY have our ™️ (yes, this my quiet but oh so HAPPY announcement that it’s official 🎉). It’s only been three years in the making…

So don’t be scared of going big.

Don’t be scared about being “too much” or “not enough”.

I’ve done enough of that to know it isn’t the right path.

Just be you. Transform. Evolve. Grow. And I’ll cheer you on. ❤️

It’s been a minute…

Since I’ve had a chance to come to the surface for a breath but here we are!

I’ve missed you!! But I’m happy, healthy, and opening up new chapters in my business life. If you know me… this won’t be a surprise to you! Details will surface in the near future, I’m sure. Don’t worry… nothing is going away from my mix… I’m just adding a little something.

For now, I just want to leave you with a couple of thoughts:

🙏🏼 To my fellow entrepreneurs - please let me emphasize how important it is to listen to your intuition and your body when it’s telling you to take a break.

Yes… you actually CAN take a pause in your business. If you’re not sure how or where to begin… reach out. I can help. Yes… I do mentoring and consulting for business owners wanting to STOP for a minute too 😉

If you’re on a roll and loving every minute of it… I’m cheering you on. Keep going.

If you’re not sure where you’re at… again - I’m here if you need some strategy partnership. Yes… I’m still taking 1:1 clients (old and new) ❤️

Lastly, I have a special message today… a very direct one to my partner in crime with several of my projects right now… and someone who has also become a very dear friend:

I don’t know how I would have come this far without you. For all the reasons… too many to count - but to start with - your talents are seemingly endless. I’m grateful for you. And most certainly grateful for you capturing this (and many other) new photos for this new chapter of mine.
