NBC Team members, Annette Holley and Elena Bursey, are in Fredericton NB this week attending the Atlantic Indigenous Tourism Summit. Yesterday they attended a Culinary experience - Gather fire side with Chef Melinda Paul & Chef Darron Peter-Paul, to taste and learn the stories behind indigenous cuisine. They thoroughly enjoyed this experience and even got to cook their own salmon.
