As the company grew, retaining skilled team members who understood both the product and the business from the beginning became increasingly important to maintain continuity and knowledge.

To aid in that growth, Novagevity sought guidance in navigating the process of retaining international talent from Halifax Partnership. The additional support has helped build a team that knows the product, understands the business, and wants to stay in Halifax.
