🚧 Matthew Morgado and Terry recently completed a repair demonstration at one of Toronto’s busiest inner-city intersections: Bathurst Street and Davenport Road. 🏙️

This manhole had been severely punished by heavy traffic, with regular repairs providing only temporary results and no lasting solution. 🔁

Using our repair material, the crew was able to restore the area and reopen the intersection within just a couple of hours. ⏱️✅

Fast installation. Minimal disruption. A repair solution built to perform under demanding conditions. 💪🛣️

Matthew Kinson recently completed a drainage inlet repair with the New York DOT in Erie County North, and had the roadway back open to traffic in just 45 minutes! 🚧⏱️

Traditional concrete repairs often require a steel plate to remain over the work area while the concrete cures. This can create a potential hazard ⚠️, require a return visit 🔁, and add unnecessary manual handling for crews 💪.

By using QC10 and sealing the joints with Flow Fix, Matthew completed the repair quickly and safely eliminating the need for a steel plate or repeat visit. ✅

A durable repair, reduced disruption, and a safer job for the crew. 🛣️👷‍♂️

🚧 Same-day reopening on a high-traffic roadway. 🚛

Matthew Kinson recently demonstrated our Manhole System with the Village of Wappingers Falls on a busy street carrying heavy truck traffic.

The project was completed and the roadway was reopened the same day, helping minimize disruption for residents, local businesses, and commuters. ⏱️

Now, the repair will be put to the test under real-world traffic conditions. We look forward to seeing the long-term performance of the system in this demanding application. 💪

🚧 PPR in action in Oregon! 🛣️

Matt Stiller was with Falls City and Polk County, Oregon for a Permanent Pothole Repair Demo!

This street is slated for utility work and resurfacing, but projects can experience delays for many reasons. In the meantime, PPR provides an efficient pavement preservation solution that helps protect the roadway until the larger project can move forward.

✅ Efficient to apply
✅ Helps extend pavement life
✅ Keeps roads protected during project delays

Thank you to Falls City and Polk County for participating in the demo! 🙌

🚧 On-site product trials with New York Thruway Buffalo!

Matthew Kinson was out with the New York Thruway Buffalo, trialling our new QC10BD product. As long-time fans of QC10 Tropical, the team’s feedback on how QC10BD compares was incredibly valuable. 🙌

We also trialled a new application using QC10 Tropical on a concrete curb-like section along the side of the bridge. The area had experienced failures at the bottom, creating voids that could allow water infiltration and lead to more serious problems during the winter months. ❄️

By filling these voids with QC10 Tropical, we helped ensure a complete fill and create a barrier against water infiltration, supporting longer-lasting protection for the structure. 💪

Great feedback, valuable field experience, and another practical application for Da-Lee Pavement Products! 👏

🚧Town of Amherst

Matthew Kinson recently connected with the Town of Amherst Sewer Department, showcasing two different repair methods for catch basin restoration.

🔹Catch Basin 1: QC10 was installed to the surface, allowing the area to reopen to traffic after just one hour ⏱️🚗

🔹Catch Basin 2: QC10 was installed to the final 2 inches, followed by Permanent Road Repair as the final restoration, allowing the area to reopen to traffic immediately ⚡🚙

We understand that every customer has different requirements, timelines, and site conditions. That’s why our system offers the flexibility to meet a variety of pavement repair needs while helping crews complete durable repairs efficiently. ✅

Thank you to the Town of Amherst Sewer Department for participating in the demonstration! 🙌🤝

🚧 A major milestone for Da-Lee Pavement Products!

After many months of collaboration, it was great to be on site for the first installation of our new bridge deck repair product with the Region 4 bridge crew.

Working closely with DOT bridge engineers and maintenance crews, we developed a solution specifically designed to meet the challenges they face in the field. Their feedback throughout the development process has been invaluable in helping us create a product that is practical, efficient, and tailored to their needs. 🤝

A huge thank you goes to the team at Instarmac for their expertise, innovation, and commitment throughout the development process. Bringing a new product from concept to reality is a true team effort, and their support has been instrumental in making this possible. 👏

Now comes the exciting part, seeing how the product performs in real-world bridge deck repairs. We’re looking forward to monitoring the results and continuing to work with our customers to refine and improve solutions that help extend the life of critical infrastructure. 🛠️

Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when manufacturers, engineers, and end users work together to solve real problems. 💡

🚧 Field time that matters

Matt Kinson and Adam Seeley recently spent the day with the Region 1 Bridge Crew, introducing our new QC10 Bridge Deck Repair product at several trial locations while also providing hands-on training for their recent purchases of QC10 Tropical and Flow Fix Joint Sealer.

Working alongside the crews who use our products every day is one of the most valuable parts of what we do.🚨

These field visits provide an opportunity to:
✅Demonstrate proper application techniques
✅Answer questions
✅Share best practices
✅Ensure crews are confident before putting the products into regular use

🚥The new QC10 Bridge Deck Repair product has been developed specifically for the demands of bridge maintenance, providing a fast-setting, high-performance repair solution that helps minimize traffic disruptions while delivering long-lasting repairs.

The trial locations with the Region 1 Bridge Crew will provide valuable real-world feedback as we continue to evaluate the product’s performance.

A big thank you to the Region 1 Bridge Crew for welcoming us on site and for their commitment to evaluating new technologies that improve safety, efficiency, and the longevity of their transportation infrastructure.👷

We look forward to seeing the results of these trials and continuing to support the team in the field.
