WHAT’S NEW IN YARDI?
Yardi just made its AI direction crystal clear at YASC Canada 2026.
1. Claude by Anthropic is now connected directly to Voyager 8, enabling executives and asset managers to ask natural language questions, generate rent rolls, run budget variance analysis, and export PDF reports without navigating complex screens.
2. Yardi confirmed its AI-native strategy: AI capabilities will be embedded across core products at no additional cost. Modules already in motion include Chat IQ, Smart Lease, Aspire, Smart Key, and Maintenance IQ.
3. Virtuoso Assistant is evolving into an agentic AI platform moving beyond coaching to delivering insights, answering portfolio-level questions, and even taking actions inside Voyager.
And notably, Peter Altabelli has been promoted to President of Yardi Canada, reinforcing Yardi’s long-term commitment to the Canadian market.
