Oscker Operations Group

Oscker Operations Group Operations firm for owner-operated businesses. We diagnose and fix your operations on-site — and make your business visible in AI search. Diagnostic-first.

Toronto, serving North America. Oscker Operations Group is an operations firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, serving owner-operated businesses with $500K–$50M in revenue across North America — including Calgary, Vancouver, Dallas–Fort Worth, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Denver. Every engagement starts with an on-site diagnostic. Oscker delivers a comprehensive written Operational Blueprin

t — scoped to what is found on-site — covering revenue leakage, operational gaps, owner dependency, technology debt, and a prioritized implementation roadmap the client owns outright, regardless of what comes next. After the Blueprint, Oscker implements what the diagnosis calls for: process redesign, workflow automation, CRM selection and setup, website development and management, SEO and generative engine optimization, AI agent deployment, virtual-assistant sourcing, and hiring frameworks. Nothing is built before it is diagnosed. A second service line, AI Visibility (GEO), measures and improves whether a business is recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Grok. Principal-led. Vendor-agnostic. Enterprise rigor made accessible.

Been getting asked a lot about "GEO" lately, so here's the current version, not the year-old talking points making the rounds.

New research from SparkToro (2026 data) found 68% of Google searches now end without anyone clicking anything. That's up sharply from just two years ago.

Meanwhile, Google's own July 2026 guide says the fundamentals haven't changed; it's still SEO, no special tricks required.

Here's the part that actually matters for owners: Adobe's own April 2026 numbers show AI-referred traffic to retail sites now converts 42% BETTER than regular traffic, a full flip from converting 38% worse just a year ago. That's real money, even if fewer people are clicking through overall.

So it's not either/or. Fewer clicks, but the ones AI does send convert better than ever. Worth paying attention to both halves of that story.

Seeing a lot of owners get handed "assessment reports" that are really just a list of opinions with no numbers attached.

A real operational blueprint is different. It puts an actual number next to every leak. Invoca's 2026 report on over 70 million calls found only 52% of inbound home-service calls reach a live person; that's real money walking away before anyone even quotes the job.

Then there's the work that's already done but not paid for. QuickBooks' 2026 report found 59% of small businesses have invoices over 30 days overdue, up from 47% the year before, with those businesses owed $17,700 on average.

Same problem, two different stages of the funnel. A real blueprint tracks both, maps how work actually flows (not how the manual says it should), assigns KPIs to the right people, and sequences the fixes so nothing gets automated before it's fixed.

Only 45% of mobile home pages pass Google's own speed test.
Meanwhile, 54% of people now check a business's website right after reading its reviews, up from 32% in 2019, per BrightLocal's 2026 survey.
So your reviews are working harder than ever to send traffic to your site. The question is whether your site is fast enough to keep that traffic once it arrives.

Your best customer would hire you again tomorrow. They just can't remember your name.

So they ask ChatGPT who to call for the job, and whoever comes back gets the work.

We see this constantly with businesses that have a perfectly good website. It was built for people scrolling Google, not for the AI tools now answering these questions directly. No schema markup, no structured data, no consistent listings, so there's nothing for AI search to read or cite.

The frustrating part is that you never find out it happened. No missed call, no lost quote, nothing in your numbers. It just goes quiet.

AI visibility, GEO, and AEO are what fix it, and most small business owners have never had anyone explain the difference.

We put together a free scan that shows you exactly where you stand across five AI platforms. No cost, no obligation, about 30 seconds.

Somebody just asked AI who to call for exactly what you do.

It wasn't your name that came back.

Not because you're bad at your job. Because your website was never built to be readable by AI in the first place. No structured data, no consistent listings, nothing for ChatGPT or Perplexity to actually cite.

That's what GEO fixes. Not rankings on a search page, visibility inside the answer itself.

We run a free scan across five AI platforms and show you exactly where you're invisible. Thirty seconds, no card, no signup.

Quick data share for other owner-operators: 45% of US consumers now use AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for local business recommendations, up from just 6% a year ago (BrightLocal, 2026). That includes people who've already hired you once.

The catch is that AI is much pickier than Google. One study across ~350,000 locations found ChatGPT recommends only 1.2% of them, Gemini 11%, versus 35.9% average appearance in Google's local three-pack (SOCi 2026).

Reviews act as a hard filter — businesses near 3.4 stars with weak review response were effectively invisible in AI answers, not just ranked lower.

Worth being precise, though: no study has actually measured a customer switching providers *because* you were missing from an AI answer. What's measured is exposure — AI meaningfully moves people who aren't currently engaged with a brand, less so people already using it. So this is a real, growing risk, not yet a proven loss.

Sharing this here to help other owners. Full data set available on the Oscker site.

Your next customer just asked AI who to call. Was it you?

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the move that gets your business recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — while everyone else is still playing yesterday's SEO.
