Today Action MMA decided to train in a different way and place. Taking it to the mountains edge along side of the Ottawa River and did a very intense workout at the Jackson off grid Homestead in Mattawan. I’m sure everyone enjoyed the Ride 🚌 That was a great Time can’t wait to do it again with everyone 🏃‍♂️🪓🪏🔨🥾🪨🏋️‍♀️⛰️ 🛶 ⭕️🎬❤️👍
