Favorite historical figure: John D. Rockefeller Sr. Mark’s search experience dates to 1988/1989 where he worked with McKinnon Founder Greg McKinnon on several senior executive assignments. For several years Mark worked very closely with leadership teams at several of North America’s largest real estate development companies. With MCC Partners Mark determined that finding senior executives was such a critical component of success it was important to include alignment with executive search. Mark has been consulting in the investment, venture, search and finance industries for over twenty years providing superior returns to individual, corporate and pension clients. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully established a number of companies and developed several patents pending relating to phase insertion and online marketing. Mark has enjoyed creating scholarships and served on several charity boards. Mark began his career on the floor of on the trading desk of Richardson Greenshields where he developed prolific options strategies. In the early nineties Mark worked at Burns Fry where his conservative investment philosophy earned both he and his clients significant rewards. It was then that Mark became a leader in pension plan design and administration. In 1998, he founded Marshall Capital Corporation, a provider of wealth management services, and subsequently established MCC Partners in response to demand by business owner clients with a need for credible advisory services from a source which truly understands the business owner’s entire sphere of objectives. In addition to corporate development including conducting limited market auctions to identify private equity partners Mark works closely with leadership teams to find talented executives to drive new business growth. In 1999 Mark Founded Webland and developed multiple web applications and business programs focusing on SEO, and community built platforms for their clients. After selling Webland Mark has focused on investments philanthropic endeavours and the planning and development of Golf4Millions.com
