The COVID-19 pandemic was an extraordinary and difficult period for Canadians, our healthcare system, essential workers, businesses and communities across the country.
During the height of the pandemic beginning in 2020, Infinity Dental & Safety Supplies Inc., operating publicly as Infinity Glove & Safety, made it a priority to help keep essential personal protective equipment and safety supplies available to organizations and communities that needed them.
Throughout 2020, 2021, 2022 and into 2023, we supplied PPE and related safety products to healthcare organizations, local government organizations, police services, businesses, industrial customers and members of the public.
At a time when PPE was in extremely high demand and supplies were difficult to obtain, our approach was simple: serve responsibly, maintain reasonable pricing, and prioritize organizations and people with genuine and urgent needs.
We did not view that difficult period simply as an opportunity to maximize profit. Wherever possible, we worked to maintain reasonable pricing and focused our available supplies on healthcare, public-service and essential-use requirements rather than concentrating primarily on resale opportunities.
We are proud to have played our part.
We do not claim that we were the biggest or the best. We were simply one Canadian company doing what we could, with the resources available to us, during a time when reliable PPE and safety supplies were urgently needed.
That same philosophy continues to guide Infinity today.
As the market has changed, so have we. We continue to serve businesses and organizations across Canada while working every day to improve our products, customer service, availability and the way we connect with our customers.
Our focus today includes strengthening our B2B relationships, expanding our product selection, developing our online business, introducing new products and finding better ways to serve healthcare, industrial, commercial and other customers across Canada.
We know there is always room to improve, and we continue to listen, learn and adapt.
For us, building a successful Canadian business is not only about making a sale. It is about developing long-term relationships, earning the confidence of our customers and being there when our products and services are needed.
We served during challenging times. We continue to serve today. And we remain committed to improving for tomorrow.
