The 'Guided Life' group has just finished their four day group and ended with a flourish. They hit the ground running bringing up challenging and deep issues and spent the four days addressing and healing the impact of these issues in their lives. It felt like a roller coaster ride and I'm still adjusting to feeling the ground beneath my feet.

Tomorrow is the fourth and final day of this year's gathering of the World Peace group. It was deep and yet gentle, loving and so powerful. The willingness was present in every moment and we moved so much energy....it was such a joy to be present to this profound healing work.

Today was the 5th and final day for the Wellness Warriors group. They arrived back on the first day, in such a different place than when they left last year's group and then they proceeded to transform before my eyes and continue letting go of pain, trauma, patterns that no longer serve them as well as ancestral pain and trauma. I am so impressed with their courage and commitment to healing. They're heading back out into the world with their light — I invite you all to feel free to notice that the world is brighter than it was....

The group called 'Audaciously Alive' just finished their 3rd unit...and if it's possible they are more audaciously alive than ever before. They arrived having integrated last year's work and then proceeded to leap ahead and move even further towards their authentic selves. I am incredibly proud of them all.

I am delighted to report that Psychodramatic Bodywork® now has one more trainer. Angie Cote has worked closely with Linda Dano Chartrand for many years and it is now time for her to also be officially named a trainer in her own right. Manitoba is very well served by these powerful women and their team of assistants and helpers.

Paul and I have just completed 3 amazing and magical days with 5 women from Manitoba. Everyone left feeling so complete and had achieved more than they could have hoped for. It truly was amazing.

Just had a delightful 4 days with the Keepers of the Eastern and Western Gates...unfortunately the Western gate participants were unable to attend. It was deep, intense, powerful work done by all!
