💫 We love getting feedback! Our customers are like family!

"acebook’s algorithm somehow knew exactly what year, make, and model of car I had been searching for, and when that exact car came up for sale at Standard Auto Wreckers, I was immediately interested—although initially a little hesitant.

After visiting their Scarborough location and taking a close look at the car, I was hooked. What really stood out to me was how transparent and straightforward the staff were. They openly explained everything they knew about the vehicle—the good, the bad, and the ugly. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience that much better.

After I purchased the vehicle, we ran into some unexpected VIN-related issues. This is where the experience really impressed me. The owner, David, personally stepped in and dealt with the issue, going above and beyond to help get things sorted out.

I would strongly recommend Standard Auto Wreckers to anyone looking for parts, a project car, or a restoration vehicle. Great people, honest communication, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

Thank you to David and the entire team at Standard Auto Wreckers!" ~ Michal A.

🚨 JUST ARRIVED — 1968 BUICK RIVIERA 🚨

Now THIS is a piece of American automotive history! 🇺🇸🔥
Check out this beautiful 1968 Buick Riviera 2-Door Hardtop Coupe, finished in an awesome blue exterior with a matching blue interior! 💙

Under that massive hood sits Buick’s legendary 430 cubic-inch V8. The 1968 Riviera was built as a true personal luxury car — big V8 power, unmistakable styling and plenty of presence!,
One of the coolest features of the ’68 Riviera was its front-end design, featuring hidden headlights tucked into that massive grille and bumper assembly. Buick produced roughly 49,000 Rivieras for 1968, and more than half a century later, you definitely don’t see many of these cruising around anymore!

👀 And check out the odometer…
91,471 showing on the speedometer!
Of course, with a vehicle this old we can’t confirm whether that’s the original mileage, but it certainly makes this one interesting!

So now comes the big question…
🔧 IS THIS CLASSIC WORTH SAVING AND RESTORING?
OR…
♻️ WOULD YOU RATHER SEE IT USED FOR PARTS TO KEEP OTHER CLASSIC RIVIERAS ON THE ROAD?

We want to hear what you would do with it! 👇
Interested in taking this 1968 Buick Riviera on as your next project?
