These guys are designed to be eaten on the go. Keep them in the freezer, throw them in the microwave or air fryer.

Each blaster comes in a tortilla, and contains a minimum of 20g of protein.

Mexican
Eggs, ground turkey, cheese, cilantro, jalapeno, tomato, peppers.

Foo Yong
Eggs, ground turkey, nappa cabbage, mushroom, green onion, celery.

Zucchini Three Cheese
Eggs, ground turkey, zucchini, peppers, parm, ricotta, mozzarella.

Egg Foo Yong

This Breakfast Blaster is inspired by an egg dish that my Mom loved from the Chinese restaurant in our town.

My version has eggs, ground turkey, Napa cabbage, celery, green onion and mushrooms, which have been sautéed with a touch of soy and sesame.

4 Breakfast Blasters $20

 Chicken Enchiladas

Shredded chicken, roasted zucchini, pepper and onions. Cottage cheese, cheese, corn and cilantro.

Comes with homemade rojo sauce, more cheese and green onion. If you like it spicy - I can add fresh jalapeños on the side.
