With more than seven years of experience in audiovisual technology, structured cabling, and unified communications deployments, Prabhjot brings a strong track record of leading large-scale projects from installation through final commissioning. Throughout his career, he has managed cross-functional teams, collaborated with corporate and government stakeholders, and successfully delivered AV and UC solutions across institutional, financial, and educational environments. His expertise includes Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly Systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco WebEx, along with a Computer Network and Technical Support Diploma from St Lawrence College.

With more than 39 years of experience in management, design, engineering, and the installation of commercial audio visual, conferencing, and control systems, Ken Kruse brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the sparkAV team.
As our Manager, Projects & Operations, Ken plays a critical role in overseeing projects of varying size and complexity while working closely with every department, from system design and integration to post-commissioning support.
