RnR Staffing & Consulting is hiring Event Assistants to work an upcoming corporate event at various hotels around Pearson Airport from March 2-5, 2026.

Must be available for all dates.

$25/hour plus 4% Vacation Pay

Up to $15 per shift can be reimbursed for parking or Uber as long as a receipt is provided

Shift is 12:30 pm-8:30 pm on March 2

Shift is 6 am-10 am from March 3-5

All Black Attire

Payday on Friday March 13th by direct deposit

Local staff or those with reliable transportation are preferred as public transit is not a good option due to the early start times.

Duties include registration, greeting guests, ensuring the hotel has breakfast set up and directing guests to shuttle busses to take them to the event

Valid SIN or Work Permit is required

Previous event experience and customer service experience is an asset.

Great opportunity to support an amazing cause and earn some extra cash.
We are hiring Staff to work at the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health taking place on Sunday June 2nd
The event is at the Enercare Centre and it is a bike ride along the Gardiner & DVP to raise money for Baycrest.
We are looking for Bussers to work the event.
Busser hours are 6 am-11 am
(end time may change)
Bussers will be clearing away dirty plates and cups and making sure the tables are ready for the next person.
Rate of Pay is $18.50/hour paid out on Friday June 7 by direct deposit
This is a really fun event that raises money for Baycrest and supports dementia research which is a devastating disease with no cure.

5:30 pm-9:30 pm
$22/hour paid out on Friday Sept 29th by direct deposit
Dinner Party for 12-13 guests
Duties include: plating and serving food to guests, clearing away dirty dishes, loading the dishwasher and washing some dishes.
All Black attire
Must have Smart Serve and at least 1 year of Serving experience
