Day 7 of 7 — Job Security
Over the last seven days, I’ve talked a lot about job security, experience, hard work and having another option.

So I’ll finish with one question:
If your job changed tomorrow, would you have a Plan B?

I’m not asking that to scare anyone. It’s a question I started asking myself.

I still have my career. I still work hard at it. But I’ve realized that a lot of what happens around us is completely outside our control.

That’s why I decided to start building something on the side — not because I’m walking away from my career, but because I want another option for the future.

Maybe the best time to build a Plan B is before you need one.

Day 6 of 7 — Job Security
There are four words nobody really wants to hear at work:
“We need to talk.”

Your mind immediately starts going… Did I do something wrong? Is something changing? What’s happening?

I think a lot of people can relate to that feeling.

I still value my career and I still work hard at it. But I’ve also realized that I can’t control
every decision an employer makes.

So instead of worrying about everything I can’t control, I decided to start building something I can.

Just another option alongside my career.

Have you ever stopped to think about how much of everyday life depends on one paycheque?

For many of us, that paycheque comes from one employer.

I still believe in working hard and building a career. But I’ve also realized I don’t want one employer to be my only option for the future.

That’s why I decided to start building something alongside my career — gradually, without giving up what I already have.
