Curating a dining menu for private aviation passengers is an art on itself and even more so if they’ve never flown with Comlux before.
As Rosina Mollova, Comlux Aviation Director of Cabin Services says, it’s crucial in such cases to avoid trend-driven cuisine and overly seasoned, or exotic dishes. Best way forward is to create a well-balanced menu with a choice of meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Rosina further recommends, “internationally recognized dishes using seasonal produce and providing a variety of textures, flavors, and colors go a long way. However, as the very first step comes a review of passenger information, special requests, and food allergies.”
