🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist

📍 Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo
🏢 Company: Style Home Development

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
• Handle employee relations and HR support
• Salary cycle

• personnel files and ensure compliance with labor law

• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation

• Process monthly payroll, review attendance reports, overtime, deductions, and ensure accurate salary calculations

• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

• Support performance management processes

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies & procedures

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in HR (Real Estate/Development experience is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law
• Experience in payroll processing

• Excellent communication

• Ability to handle confidential
information professionally

Working Days: Saturday : Thursday

Site Architect – Finishes

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage all finishing works on site, ensuring ex*****on is aligned with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, timeline, and allocated budget.



Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all finishing works on site (plastering, painting, flooring, suspended ceilings, gypsum board, carpentry, aluminum works, etc.).

• Review shop drawings and technical specifications prior to and during ex*****on.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.

• Inspect and hand over completed works from subcontractors and follow up on corrective actions.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) to avoid conflicts.

• Prepare quantity take-offs and review subcontractors’ payment certificates.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

• Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with specifications.

• Resolve technical issues arising during ex*****on.



Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 10 years of experience in site finishing works.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.

• Good command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Revit is a plus).

• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.

✔ تحديد واضح للدور الوظيفي (وليس نسخ ولصق لوصف وظيفي جاهز)
✔ مقابلات منظمة (وليست محادثات عشوائية)
✔ معايير تقييم محددة وواضحة
✔ توافق بين الموارد البشرية ومديري الإدارات
✔ تجربة سلسة للمرشح
