نؤمن بأن الإبداع الفني قادرٌ على تغيير حياة البشر نحو الأفضل، والمساهمةُ بشكل كبير في تقدم ورفاهية مجتمعات دول الجنوب العالمي. نؤمن كذلك بأهمية حماية التراث الثقافي وتوثيقه، وإبراز دوره في إلهام الإبداع الفني المعاصر والتعبير عن هويات تاريخية متنوعة. نسعى إلى دعم الفنانين، وحاملي التراث الثقافي، ومدراء الثقافة، بالإضافة إلى المنظمات والمجموعات الثقافية، ليتمكنوا من تقديم أعمالهم ومشاريعهم الفنية والثقافية والمساهمة في خلق بيئة ثقافية مستدامة.
ما نقدمه:
تقود بسمة الحسيني Arteryشريان ، وهي خبيرة ثقافية اتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا في مجال الفنون والثقافة في المنطقة العربية والعالم. كما تتعاون Artery شريان مع عدد من الخبراء الثقافيين الدوليين لتقديم خدمات استشارية مهمة في المجالات التالية:
1- تطوير قدرات المدراء الثقافيين والفنانين من خلال التدريب والرعاية في مجالات التخطيط والإدارة والمتابعة والتقييم وتوفير التمويل. تغطي برامجنا التدريبية أيضاً مواضيع أخرى مثل الحقوق الثقافية، وفرق العمل الناجحة، والتواصل، وتنمية الجمهور، والحديث العام. يمكن تصميم برامجنا التدريبية لتناسب متطلبات مختلف الفئات، ويمكن تقديمها لمجموعات تتراوح بين 5 و20 شخصاً.
2- تصميم البرامج الفنية للفعاليات، وتنسيقها، وبرمجة المهرجانات، وخاصة تلك التي تركز على دول الجنوب العالمي. يمكننا مساعدة منظمي الفعاليات في تطوير المفاهيم، واختيار الفنانين، وتصميم برامج الفعاليات لتناسب الجمهور المستهدف، وتقديم المشورة بشأن عقود الفنانين. كما يمكننا أيضًا تولي البرمجة والإدارة الشاملة للفعاليات.
٣- احتضان المشاريع والمنظمات الثقافية الصغيرة من خلال تصميم برامج طويلة الأجل لتنمية القدرات وأنواع أخرى من الدعم بما يتناسب مع احتياجات هذه المشاريع والمنظمات. تُقدم هذه الخدمة لعدد محدود من المشاريع الثقافية على مدى فترات تتراوح بين ٦ أشهر وسنة واحدة، ليتمكنوا بعدها من إدارة مشاريعهم وبرامجهم التي تساهم في إغناء الحياة الثقافية والاجتماعية.
٤- تقييم المشاريع والبرامج الثقافية وكتابة تقارير التقييم وتقديم توصيات بشأن المتابعة والاستدامة. تُقدم هذه الخدمة للمشاريع والبرامج الربحية وغير الربحية على حد سواء، وتسعى إلى مساعدة العاملين على هذا المشاريع والمانحين على حد سواء ليستطيعوا تقييم المشاريع السابقة وتخطيط مشاريع مستقبلية.
٥- صياغة الخطط الاستراتيجية، والسياسات التنظيمية، وخطط التحول المؤسسي، ودراسات الجدوى للمشاريع والمنظمات الثقافية. نتبع نهجًا تشاركيًا يُشرك جميع الجهات المعنية بفعالية لإنتاج وثائق عملية، وأخلاقية تستشرف المستقبل.

Mission:
We believe that artistic creativity has the power to change human lives for the better, and to significantly contribute to the progress and welfare of societies in the Global South. We also believe in the importance of protecting and documenting cultural heritage and highlighting its role in inspiring contemporary artistic creativity and expressing diverse historical identities. We aim at supporting artists, cultural heritage carriers, and cultural managers, as well as cultural organizations and groups so that they can produce and implement their artistic works and cultural projects and contribute to a sustainable cultural environment.
What we do:
Art-eryشريان is Led by Basma El Husseiny, a cultural expert that has more than 35 years of experience working in the arts and culture field in the Arab region and internationally, Art-ery شريان also collaborates with a number of international cultural experts to provide much-needed consultancy services in the following areas:
1- Capacity development through training and mentorship for cultural managers and artists in the areas of planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, sustainability, impact, and fundraising. Training programs also cover other topics such as cultural rights, successful teams, communications, audience development, and public speaking. Our training modules can be tailored to suit the requirements of different groups and can be offered to groups of between 5 and 20 people.
2- Design of artistic programs, curating, and programming of events and festivals, especially those focused on Global South. We can help event organizers to develop concepts, select artists, design event programs that suit target audiences, and advise on artist contracts. We can also undertake overall programming and management of events.
3- Incubation of small cultural projects and organizations by tailoring long-term capacity development programs and other types of support to suit these projects and organizations. This service is offered to a select number of cultural projects over periods ranging from 6 months to one year to enable them to conduct viable and sustainable cultural projects that enrich social and cultural life.
4- Evaluation of cultural projects and programs and providing evaluation reports, including recommendations on follow up and sustainability. This service is offered to both for profit and non-profit projects and programs, with the aim of equally helping work teams and donors to assess past projects and plan future ones.
5- Drafting of strategic plans, organizational policies, transformation plans, and feasibility studies for cultural projects and organizations. We use a participatory approach that actively involves all stakeholders to produce documents that are practical, forward looking, and ethical.
