🇪🇸 Muchas personas que tuvisteis el Bono Social en 2023 estáis recibiendo una carta como la que os mostramos en la imagen. En ella se os informa de que vais a recibir un ingreso (el importe varía según el caso), es una Ayuda del Bono Social Térmico.
En la carta, se os pide que comprobéis que el número de cuenta bancaria que aparece -parcialmente censurado- en la parte izquierda, justo debajo del importe, coincide con el vuestro.
¿Qué hacer en cada caso?
·Si el número de cuenta NO coincide, debéis enviar un correo electrónico a la dirección indicada en la carta, adjuntando un certificado de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria. Si lo necesitáis, podéis pasaros por la oficina y estaremos encantados de ayudaros con el trámite.
·Si el numero de cuenta SÍ coincide, no tenéis que hacer nada mas que esperar.
Importante: El ingreso se realizará en los próximos meses.
Atención: En la parte inferior de la carta aparece un apartado para rellenar solo en caso de que queráis renunciar a la ayuda e indicando el motivo. Si no deseáis renunciar, no es necesario completar ni enviar esa parte.
🇬🇧 Many of you who received the Bono Social in 2023 are receiving a letter like the one shown in the image. It informs you that you will be receiving a payment (the amount varies depending on the case). It is a Thermal Social Bonus.
The letter asks you to verify that the bank account number (partially censored) that appears on the left side, just below the amount, matches yours.
What should you do in each case?
If the account number does NOT match, you must send an email to the address indicated in the letter, attaching proof of ownership of the bank account. If you need it, you can stop by the office and we will be happy to help you with the procedure.
If the account number DOES match, you don't need to do anything other than wait.
Important: The payment will be made in the coming months.
Please note: At the bottom of the letter, there is a section to fill out only if you wish to decline the aid, stating the reason. If you do not wish to decline, you do not need to complete or send this section.
🇫🇷 Beaucoup d’entre vous qui ont reçu la Prime Sociale en 2023 reçoivent une lettre comme celle présentée sur l’image. Il vous informe que vous recevrez un revenu (le montant varie selon les cas) : une Prime Sociale Thermique.
Dans la lettre, il vous est demandé de vérifier que le numéro de compte bancaire – partiellement censuré – apparaît sur le côté gauche, juste en dessous du montant, et correspond au vôtre.
Que faire dans chaque cas ?
Si le numéro de compte ne correspond PAS, vous devez envoyer un courriel à l'adresse indiquée dans la lettre, en joignant une preuve de propriété du compte bancaire. Si vous en avez besoin, vous pouvez passer au bureau et nous serons heureux de vous aider dans le processus.
Si le numéro de compte correspond, vous n'avez rien d'autre à faire que d'attendre.
Important : Le paiement sera effectué dans les prochains mois.
Attention : Au bas de la lettre, il y a une section à remplir uniquement si vous souhaitez refuser l'aide, en précisant le motif. Si vous ne souhaitez pas démissionner, il n’est pas nécessaire de remplir ou de soumettre cette partie.

Im Schreiben werden Sie gebeten zu überprüfen, ob die – teilweise zensierte – Bankkontonummer auf der linken Seite direkt unter dem Betrag steht und mit Ihrer übereinstimmt.
Was ist im Einzelfall zu tun?
Sollte die Kontonummer NICHT übereinstimmen, müssen Sie eine E-Mail an die im Schreiben angegebene Adresse senden und einen Nachweis über die Inhaberschaft des Bankkontos beifügen. Bei Bedarf können Sie im Büro vorbeikommen und wir helfen Ihnen gerne bei dem Vorgang.
Wenn die Kontonummer übereinstimmt, müssen Sie nichts weiter tun, als zu warten.
Wichtig: Die Auszahlung erfolgt in den nächsten Monaten.
Bitte beachten Sie: Am Ende des Schreibens befindet sich ein Abschnitt, den Sie nur ausfüllen müssen, wenn Sie die Förderung unter Angabe von Gründen ablehnen möchten. Wenn Sie nicht kündigen möchten, ist das Ausfüllen bzw. Absenden dieses Teils nicht erforderlich.

Wat moet je in elk geval doen?
Als het rekeningnummer NIET overeenkomt, moet u een e-mail sturen naar het in de brief vermelde e-mailadres. Voeg daarbij een bewijs van eigendom van de bankrekening. Indien nodig kunt u gerust even langskomen op kantoor. Wij helpen u graag verder.
Als het rekeningnummer WEL overeenkomt, hoeft u niets anders te doen dan wachten.
Belangrijk: De betaling vindt plaats in de komende maanden.
Let op: Onderaan de brief vindt u een gedeelte dat u alleen kunt invullen als u de hulp wilt afwijzen. U dient dan wel de reden daarvoor op te geven. Als u niet wilt afmelden, hoeft u dat onderdeel niet in te vullen of in te dienen.
