We, at EUOSHA promote the importance of the employees' health and well-being, and offer expertise on risk prevention at work. We develop hands-on instruments for companies and organisations to efficiently share safety and health (OSH) knowledge and good practices. We act as a mobiliser of the OSH Community of practitioners and researchers by disseminating scientific research on occupational safety and mainstreaming OSH into policy areas such as education and public health. We work side-by-side with governments, organisations, employers’ federations and trade unions to cultivate a culture of safety at any workplace.

Today is , and to mark the occasion, we've just published a new report and several case studies on the of residential care workers.

They look at strategies for prevention and support, including initiatives on staff ratios in Finland, drug use prevention in Spain & working conditions in Poland, among others.

🚀 takes action for mental health at work!

On 13 October, EU-OSHA launched its Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026–2028: “Together for mental health at work”.

Our ambition? To join forces and go beyond raising awareness to drive sustained changes in workplace practices across Europe.

What does this mean concretely? Reducing harmful exposure to psychosocial risks and creating working environments in which people can thrive.
