We develop hands-on instruments for companies and organisations to efficiently share safety and health (OSH) knowledge and good practices. We act as a mobiliser of the OSH Community of practitioners and researchers by disseminating scientific research on occupational safet

y and mainstreaming OSH into policy areas such as education and public health. We work side-by-side with governments, organisations, employers’ federations and trade unions to cultivate a culture of safety at any workplace.

🎉Today, EU-OSHA inaugurated its new offices in Bilbao’s BAT Tower, in the presence of the European Commission Executive Vice-President for Social Rights and Skills, Quality Jobs and Preparedness, Roxana Mînzatu and representatives of the local and regional authorities.

During her visit, European Commission Executive Vice-President Mînzatu highlighted the importance of ensuring that Europe’s competitiveness goes hand in hand with quality jobs - with workers’ safety, health and well-being at their core.

Our new home reflects EU-OSHA’s continued commitment to prevention, innovation and sustainability, as we work to make workplaces across Europe safer and healthier.
