Meet Yani — a singer, entrepreneur and founder of Yani Experience, based in Barcelona.

Through music, travel and events, Yani brings people together and creates moments that stay with them long after the experience ends.

Alongside Yani Experience, she is developing Travel Base, a travel venture in Austria — another step towards her vision of building businesses that connect people across borders.

Her journey is a reminder that building something meaningful takes courage. It means starting before you feel ready, learning along the way and continuing to move forward even when the future is uncertain.

What a conversation about washing machines led to…

Meet Laura Münch, a member of BNI International Mallorca and an online nutrition coach.

A few months ago, Laura had a 1:1 with another BNI member who works in a completely different industry.

He sells large appliances — washing machines, and much more.

Laura works in nutrition, movement and sustainable weight management.

Two completely different businesses.

But during their conversation, they discovered something much more important:

They share the same values.

Both genuinely care about people and want to make a positive difference in the lives of those around them.

They talked about their businesses, their clients and what motivates them.

And then came the moment that shows what networking is really about:

“You know, I think my wife could really benefit from working with you.”

A few days later, his wife reached out to Laura.

Five months of working together later, she had developed a completely different relationship with food, movement and her everyday routines.

She became more structured, felt more comfortable in her body and, most importantly, created changes that she can continue to maintain in the long term.

Congratulations to Florian and Eddie Ajaegbu, who shared last week’s “Oscar” for Best BNI Presentation — a fitting recognition for two members who know how to communicate their value clearly and connect with their audience.

Florian helps entrepreneurs, business owners and high-earning professionals create clarity around their finances, retirement planning and long-term wealth.

His fee-based approach allows him to focus on his clients’ individual needs rather than commission-driven product sales — from investment structures and SME liquidity to tax-efficient wealth strategies.

With strong connections between Germany and Mallorca, Florian is particularly interested in meeting tax advisors, lawyers, real estate professionals and wealth specialists for potential collaborations and referrals.

From October, Florian will be based on Mallorca again — so if you’re in his network, a coffee could be a great place to start a conversation.

And beyond finance, Florian is a father of two who enjoys the outdoors, watersports, padel and golf.
