For this project in Istan, Martii (ARCHITECTURE • INTERIOR DESIGN) and I are working hand in hand, combining our perspectives and creative vision to bring this project to life.

There’s nothing more rewarding than finishing a project and being able to experience it, even if just for a moment.

Walking in, exploring the space, having a glass of water, sitting down, looking around…

Because that’s when I truly understand whether everything makes sense.

Designing a beautiful space is important, but designing a space to be lived in is what truly matters.

Architecture has taught me that the strongest
foundations are built with patience, consistency
and hundreds of small decisions.

Today we started installing the new furniture. While the original interior design wasn’t by Agus Studio, we made several changes to the proposal and carefully selected new pieces that are now starting to bring the space to life.

Progress on the Aloha renovation, together with ✨

Very soon, this space will experience a true before and after. We are integrating the kitchen into the overall design, creating a seamless transition with no visible contrasts between areas.

We are also transforming and modernizing the bathrooms, while creating spaces designed for everyday living. In addition, we are incorporating a layout separation that allows the property to function independently in case of rental.
