HOW ITS MADE

Often asked how do we finish SAVU whisky glass. Not to reveal too much, here are some details from our Glass Master.
1. Mild heating the whole area of ledges.
2. Super heating of each area.
3. First push by special tool horizontally.
4. Next push by special tool vertically to make a hole (also called a ledge).

Steps 3 & 4 for each ledge

5. Overnight temperature stabilization in the oven to make the glass durable.

Time is very critical on each step. Glass Master must decide the position of ledges without any hesitation.

All this done after totally 9 or 10 steps.
