Customer had bad luck with the storm blowing a door off. It was broken in three pieces. Luckily the glass was intact. Managed to put this door together and refit the glass. This house is now secure allowing the customer time to consider replacement options.

Coastal homes are particularly vulnerable to rust forming and breaking down components on windows and doors. This significantly decreases the life span and performance. Before thinking of replacing windows, these parts can be repaired at a much smaller cost than new windows. Below are photos of old parts I removed and new parts before fitment in a recent job.
