[PROEJCT COMPLETION]

We have recently handed over this custom Re-Build of an old PVC conservatory in Barnstaple.🏡
The conservatory was failing to have any practical use within the summer or winter due to the performance of most conservatories.

We Designed & Built this Beautiful New Structure🤩within our clients brief whilst ensuring current insulation & structural regulations were met within our design & certificated throughout by Building control. This will now become an all year-round space for our clients to enjoy!☀️❄️🌦️

A brief synopsis of the work completed within this project include:

🛠️New structural Timber Frame.
🛠️Manufacturing of Bespoke Iroko hardwood trusses, Slated roof with Triple Glazed Skylights.
🛠️Insulation throughout Walls & Ceiling to achieve current performance rating.
🛠️Internal & External Plastering.
🛠️Bespoke Iroko Hardwood
🛠️Joinery by Kane Elliott Joinery.
🛠️New electrical installation throughout.
🛠️Plumbing installation of new radiators and pipework.
🛠️LVT flooring, Skirting boards, Window cill’s and Doors.
🛠️Internal & External decoration to completion.

[PROJECT UPDATE]

🏡Garden Room Build🏡

The Kairos Construction team have been firing on all cylinders recently! We’re always busy, but lately we’ve been completing a variety of fantastic projects across the local area, alongside an ever-busy production unit! ⚒️

Below is an exciting conservatory rebuild that has been designed and built by the team, and we’re thoroughly enjoying bringing it to life!

Our clients came to us with the issue of their PVC conservatory becoming dated and unusable due to poor thermal performance — being too cold in the winter ❄️ and too hot in the summer. ☀️

The new structure will perform well above the current insulation requirements for new dwellings and will receive certification from Building Control upon completion. ✅

We have been a bit quiet on here for a while as we have been busy completing a variety of projects!⚒️

The team has been delivering some beautiful work for our amazing clients around Devon which we are pleased to show off some of the jobs we have completed in the last few months!👷‍♂️

This lovely renovation is part of a 2 phase project including the full strip & refit of a master bedroom & dressing room with some stylish built in cabinetry.🏡

[PROJECT COMPLETION]

We have kicked off the first few months of 2026 in style with this beautiful Project now COMPLETE and handed over to the client's for them to enjoy!

The Kairos Construction team is super proud of this one with the level of finish executed as expected by our lovely clients to a high standard! A brief breakdown of the Project Scope is as follows with the completion photos, showcasing a snapshot of some of the beautiful elements of the project.

⚒️Removal of a Old PVC Conservatory, replacing it with a elegant oak clad structure utilising the existing masonry dwarf walls.
⚒️Fully insulated & solid new structure, in line with current regulations & building control certification.
⚒️Tiled roof and all relevant flashings and waterproofing systems.
⚒️Structural alterations to the external masonry cavity wall making the new Garden Room and lounge become one.
⚒️New Solid Oak Joinery & Sliding Doors.
⚒️Electrical re-wiring throughout the ground floor.
⚒️Full Re Plaster to all areas.
⚒️Installation of a new Composite front door & sidelight's.
⚒️Refit of the downstairs WC & Entrance hall.
⚒️New radiators & plumbing alterations throughout.
⚒️Continuous Oak Flooring throughout all rooms, finished with Oak Skirting Boards, Window Cill's & Doors.
⚒️Full decoration throughout all rooms.
⚒️Installation of a Log Burning Stove within the Garden room.

This was a property requiring Structural Alterations & Removal to Load Bearing Internal Wall separating a Kitchen & Dining Room!
