Breathe with me. Eat with me.

Devon’s first full-day beach wellness festival is happening on 14th June and I’ll be there with two of my greatest loves.

I’m leading a breathwork session in the Workshop Zone, using pranayama, rhythmic breathing and intentional music to help you release what’s been sitting heavy, reset your nervous system and restore your body from the inside out.

This is breathwork rooted in my Spherical Health framework, a whole-person approach to functional healing and lasting transformation. Not a quick fix. The real thing.

And if that wasn’t enough, The Plant Bar Cafe trailer will be on site serving up alkaline, plant-based goodness to keep you fuelled and glowing all day long.

Whether you’re curious about breathwork for the first time, deep into your wellness journey, or just want to spend a full day investing in yourself surrounded by Devon’s best wellness minds, this event is for you.

Come find me at Exmouth Beach on 14th June. I’d love to see you there.

Head to the page and grab your ticket!!! 🎟️

This is something I feel strongly about.

Because I know it. I’ve felt it. I’ve lived it…. I DO live this!

High-achieving women are often praised for the very patterns that are quietly destroying their health. The resilience. The refusal to rest. The capacity to carry an extraordinary amount without showing strain.

But resilience born from trauma is not the same as resilience born from regulation.

One is fuelled by a nervous system that never received the signal it was safe to stop. The other is built on a foundation that can hold the ambition without the cost.

I help women build the second kind. Without losing an ounce of what makes them extraordinary.

The first time I watched someone flood in a breathwork session it wasn’t dramatic.

It was quiet.

Her hands curled inward. Her breathing got fast and shallow and she couldn’t slow it down. Her eyes went glassy. She didn’t cry. She just left her body.

She wasn’t weak. She wasn’t doing it wrong. The container wasn’t built for where her nervous system actually was.

She was handed depth before she had ground to stand on.

That moment changed how I build everything.

re:calibrate doesn’t start with the most powerful technique. It starts with the most important one.

Grounding breath. Extended exhale. Nasal.

Week one isn’t exciting. It’s not the one that gets talked about. But it’s the week that lets everything else land.

Because you can’t release what you’re still bracing against. You can’t go deep in a body that doesn’t feel safe yet. And you definitely can’t hold a breath hold if your nervous system is still scanning for danger.

The breathwork is the spine of this programme. But it’s not the whole body.

The daily nervous system practices between sessions are what make the change stick. A short prompt lands in your Telegram every morning. Most are under a minute.

They’re the thing that teaches your body this isn’t a one-off experience. It’s a new rhythm.

Grounding before activation. Activation before depth. Depth before expansion.

That’s the clinical sequencing. That’s why this works when other things haven’t.

Women tell me it’s the small things they notice first.

Their exhale gets longer without trying. Their jaw unclenches in the middle of the afternoon and they actually catch it happening. They wake up one morning in week three and realise they didn’t reach for their phone first.

That’s not mindset. That’s a nervous system starting to trust that it doesn’t have to run the whole show anymore.

If you’ve tried breathwork before and it felt like too much, it wasn’t you.

It was the order.

28 days. From £247. Starts 7th June.

Last live round before it goes self-paced. The content will still be there after that. The live holding will not.

I want to talk about something that changed my entire practice.

When I first started working with fascia and lymphatic support, I was not expecting it to shift things the way it did. I was already deep into nervous system work, functional health, breathwork, nourishment. I thought I had the full picture.

I didn't.

I kept seeing women who were doing everything. The regulation work was there. The nutrition was dialled in. The trauma awareness was real. And still their bodies felt locked. Still braced.

Still heavy, puffy, inflamed in ways that nothing seemed to fully reach.

It was fascia and lymph that filled in the gap I couldn't explain.

The moment I started including structural and drainage work alongside everything else, things that had been stuck for months started moving. Not dramatically. Quietly. The kind of shifts that make a woman say "I don't know what's different but something is different."

That was a big moment for me. Because it confirmed what I already believed but hadn't fully seen yet. You cannot work with the nervous system in isolation. You cannot regulate a body that is structurally locked. You cannot reduce chronic inflammation in a body that cannot drain it.

These systems are not spa extras. They are infrastructure. And they are the reason I work the way I do now. All of it, together. The whole sphere.

I made this carousel because I think more people need to understand what fascia and lymph actually do. Have a look through and if it resonates, send it to someone who has been feeling stuck in their body and cannot work out why. Sometimes the missing piece is the one nobody thought to look at.

And that should concern all of us.

I went because I was exhausted. Anxious. Not sleeping. Struggling to concentrate. I left with a prescription.

Nobody asked when I last ate a proper meal. Nobody asked about my water intake, my sleep environment, my stress load, my caffeine, my cycle, my pace of life, or whether my body had had a single day of genuine rest in the last six months.

I’m not against medication. It has a place and sometimes a necessary one.

But I am against a system that reaches for it before it’s asked the most basic questions about how a woman actually lives. Before it’s investigated whether the symptoms are her body’s rational response to what she’s been carrying.

Because very often, they are. The anxiety and the skipped meals are connected. The insomnia and the blood sugar pattern are connected. The fatigue and the chronic stress physiology are connected. But nobody is connecting them for her. She’s getting one symptom treated in isolation while the rest of the picture goes unread.

Better questions first. Always.

That is the work I do. I look at the whole picture. Because a woman deserves investigation before intervention.

There is something you are not telling anyone.

Not the burnout part. People have said that.

Not the exhaustion. Everyone knows about that.

The part you are not saying is the wondering.
The quiet, private, 2am wondering whether this is just what life is now.

Whether everyone else finds it this hard.
Whether the person you were before the coping is still in there or whether the coping is all that is left.

I know that wondering.
I carried it for years. Silently.

Because saying it out loud felt like admitting something I was not ready to admit.

That the armour I built to survive had become the cage I was living in.

The cage has a door. I promise you that. And it opens in the body, not the mind.

Ambition is not the problem. What it is built on is.

I need to say this because I think the wellness space has created a false choice and nobody is calling it out.

Heal or hustle. Slow down or burn out. Regulate or achieve.

That is not a choice. That is a trap.

Because if you believe it you either shrink the ambition to fit the wellness model or you abandon your body to keep the pace. I have done both. Neither of them worked.

What worked was building a body that could actually hold what I wanted to build.

Not less drive. More foundation underneath it.

I have never once sat with someone and told them to want less. Not once. I have sat with people who were building extraordinary things from a body that was running on emergency chemistry and I have said we need to change what this is built on.

Because the ambition is not the problem. The nervous system underneath it is.

And when that shifts, you do not slow down. You become the version of yourself that can actually sustain the pace without it costing you everything.

That is a different conversation entirely.
