Not something you see every day whilst on the beach! Couple of wild goats just freely picking off unsuspecting victims picnic offerings! I was wary, but they were friendly enough.

Shaun Race's stunning CB823 is finally finished! Few years the making on this one, came to me for the chassis/running gear mods, then back for clock mounting brackets to allow CB clocks to mount onto Bandit 12 yokes. Away it went, and came back for the final buttoning up details such as making up throttle cables, brake bleeding, finishing off wiring and running up the freshly restored motor, plus some extra fab work on an exhaust mounting bracket, choke cable mounts, number plate bracket and a twin horn/indicator bracket for under the headlights. Motor started immediately and sounded crisp so a big shout out to Brian Mcoll at Centurion Motorcycles for the rebuild and carb work. Shaun is understandably chuffed with it, so i've put it forward for a possible Worship show entry as Shaun insists it's mainly all my work so theoretically it's one of mine so i'll go with that!

Pretty Triumph Scrambler in for a few bolt ons! Safestart boss for the idler gear, heavy duty clutch springs, fresh oil and filter plus a couple of O2 sensor blanking plugs and the SAI removal. Although confusingly, this model is apparently an EFI model but these look all the world like carbs to me!

Mick Cappleman's Stunning Aprilia RSV Mille R in for a wake up from a lay off, plus a clean which was an absolute bloody joy to do due to excellent build quality keeping the corrosion you would expect from an '02 bike at bay. Lovely old thing, from when bikes were pretty to look at!

So i've not posted much this month, reason being is that this damn fool managed to slice my hand so stiches were needed! And sitting around doing not a lot isn't me at all so i've been mainly working one handed for a couple of weeks! So.......the usual steady stream of mowers, triumph explorer fork seals, and an old XJ9 in for some extra safety brackets welded to the frame to secure the rear pillion perch. Plus some Rainey/Gpz work which was mainly bolt on stuff/electrics but that can wait until it's finished. Trust me, it's worth it!!
