Perch Eco is becoming TownSq.

Since opening our doors in September 2018, we’ve been home to businesses, events, conversations and connections from across Bicester and beyond. Eight years later, we’re ready for our next chapter.

And we’d love businesses from across Bicester and Oxfordshire to celebrate it with us.

What does it really mean to look after your health from the inside out? 🌿

On Thursday 24th September, Shelina will be joining us at TownSq for a free Community Wellness Talk, exploring the role inflammation can play in our health and why understanding what is happening at a cellular level can be an important part of looking after our overall wellbeing.

During the session, Shelina will share more about a preventative, root cause approach to health and how it can support areas including brain function, heart health, the immune system, weight management and skin hydration.

It’s an opportunity to learn more about your body, hear a different perspective on preventative health and ask questions in a relaxed community setting.

The talk is completely FREE to attend and open to everyone, but spaces are limited, so booking your place in advance is recommended.
