I’m Leisa, a paediatric nurse, immigrant mother of two amazing boys, and a woman passionate about helping others create more freedom, purpose, and time for what matters most. For years, life revolved around long hospital shifts and opposite schedules with my husband. We often passed each other at the front door, one leaving while the other came home. The heartbreak of knowing my youngest son never had the chance to meet him in person made me realise how precious time truly is. That season of grief and burnout changed my perspective completely. ✨ Growth doesn't always feel comfortable.

There was a time when I was exhausted from long shifts, missing precious moments with my boys, and wondering if life would always look the same.

What I've learned is that growth often asks us to do things we'd rather avoid:

💗 Wake up earlier
💗 Learn new skills
💗 Have difficult conversations
💗 Stay consistent when motivation disappears

The uncomfortable seasons aren't punishments,
they're preparation.
