A & A Recycling Services is now looking to recruit experienced wagon and drag drivers to be based in the North West, from our Widnes depot.
This is a tramping role, which will involve working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday overtime.
Minimum Requirements:
1yr C+E (class 1) experience, incl bulk haulage
Full UK (C+E) Drivers Licence - maximum 6 penalty points
Valid DCPC & Digital Tachograph driver card
Sound geographical knowledge & understanding of HGV drivers hours rules

A&A Recycling Ltd is looking for a friendly and organised Weighbridge Operator to join our team at our Meriden site.

You’ll be a key point of contact on site, weighing vehicles in and out using the Fred5 system, printing tickets, answering driver and customer queries, and keeping records accurate and up to date. You’ll also help manage customer bookings and carry out general admin duties.

No previous weighbridge or transport experience is required — full training will be provided.

🎉 Congratulations Alan! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that Alan Griffiths has been promoted to Transport Manager.

Alan’s journey with us is a fantastic example of dedication and progression. He joined the business on 28th January 2014 as a Class 1 Lorry Driver, and on 28th January this year marks an incredible 12 years with the company.

In April 2022, Alan stepped off the road and into the role of Transport Supervisor, where he quickly proved his leadership, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. His hard work and passion have now led to a well-deserved promotion to Transport Manager.

This latest promotion is a testament to Alan’s commitment, hard work, and deep understanding of our operations. We’re delighted to see him take this next step and wish him every success in his new role.
