💗 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The risk of breast cancer rises with age, so it's important to keep checking, whatever your age. Get to know your normal:

👐 Touch: can you feel anything new or unusual?
👀 Look: check for changes in shape, size or the skin
🩺 Check: see your GP about any changes

Aged 71 or over? You'll stop getting automatic invitations, but you can still ask for NHS breast screening every 3 years.

And remember, men can get breast cancer too.
