The vines have turned, the pickers have been, and the cellar is humming with this year's harvest 🍇 🍷

October is the busiest month of the year for us. So, for the rest of the year we're opening our doors for W**e Tours on Monday's and Friday's only, with the rest of the week given over to w**e by the glass bookings, whilst the team are busy pressing and watching the new vintage come to life.

Come and see the vineyard in its autumn colours 🍁 🍂 with a glass of our favourite. We'd love to see you. Book here: www.camelvalley.com/visit-us

There are very few vineyards in the world that have only ever been pruned by just one person, and Annie Lindo is one of those select few.

Back in 2009, to commemorate her 100,000th vine pruned and 20th vintage, we created an anniversary Cuvée. Time has passed and we're now celebrating her 30th vintage and another massive milestone!

This vintage is extra special, so be sure to grab a bottle (or two!) of this "zippily fresh, lemony and tropical" bubbly, while you can: www.camelvalley.com/shop/2021-annies-anniversary-brut

Tere's a particular pleasure in a cosy evening indoors... A glass of something good. Dinner that takes a bit longer to make. The kind of evening you stopped having in June without really noticing.

Our Bacchus was made for this. Aromatic, grounding, unmistakably Cornish. The w**e that bridges the seasons better than anything else in the cellar.

Summer was wonderful. But this? This has its own kind of warmth 🔥

After waiting and watching. The frost scares in April, the long dry spell in July, and the weeks of checking sugar levels every morning like a worried parent - harvest arrived and went in a flash.

This whole year has been pointing towards this week… 🍇

MASSIVE thank you to our local pickers who have done an amazing job. We can’t wait to share what the 2026 vintage looks like. But for now, it's clean up time!

Visitors always ask us why we have rose bushes planted at the vineyard, but we would also get asked where they are if we don't have them.

Traditionally they were used to act as an early warning system for mildew / disease, but now we all plant them as it is a beautiful tradition.

We keep them around for that classic charm 🌹
