We’re delighted to announce that Tanya has been promoted to Senior Consultant & Client Lead.
Tanya has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to our clients, combining strategic insight, practical support, and a genuine partnership approach in everything she does. Since joining The HR Branch in 2024, she has played a key role in helping clients navigate growth, change, and complex people challenges with confidence.
Her promotion reflects not only the impact she has already made, but also the important role she will continue to play as we strengthen and evolve the way we support our clients.
As part of this next stage, we’re also excited to share the formation of our Partnership Team.
The Client Partnership Team has been created to bring all client support activity into one dedicated team, ensuring a more connected, proactive, and seamless experience for our clients. By aligning our expertise and support more closely, we’ll be even better placed to build strong partnerships, respond quickly to client needs, and deliver consistent, high-quality support across every stage of the client journey.
Tanya will lead this work alongside the wider team, helping to shape how we continue to grow our client relationships and deliver meaningful impact.
