Zero waste doesn't mean producing absolutely no waste. It's about looking at what we're throwing away and asking, could this have been reused, recycled or recovered instead? ♻️

There's something really satisfying about seeing rows of perfectly stacked paper bales, all sorted by grade and ready for their next chapter 💫

This is our day-to-day.

Every bale represents paper that's been collected, carefully sorted and prepared so it can head back to the paper mill and be made into new paper products all over again.

From cardboard and newspapers to office paper and printers' offcuts, different grades need to be kept separate to give them the best chance of becoming high-quality paper once more.

It's a process we've been part of for over 60 years, and it's one we're still proud of today 🙏🏼
