The Benefits of a Virtual Secretarial Service

There are many benefits that Our Clients find in using our Virtual Secretarial Services. Below are the main reasons why using a Virtual Secretary makes not only excellent Business sense but also great Financial sense too. A good quality Virtual Secretary will be able to help with a whole range of tasks and duties, and will allow you to focus on the key areas of your business whilst they focus on taking away some of the daily time consuming admin tasks.

• We can offer a full range of administrative services available
whenever you need it
• You only pay for the services and time you actually use.
• No expensive equipment to buy or office overheads to pay as we work
from our own location (We can come to you if required).
• No staff costs including holiday/sick pay, PAYE, tax or National Insurance
• A VA offers businesses a full range of office support services at a fraction
of the true cost of a temp or employee.
• No legal responsibilities (tribunals, redundancy etc.)
• No recruitment or training costs.
• No more problems with short-term cover - you can arrange short-term
cover for sickness or holidays. COST

Here at “West Country Secretarial Solutions” we want to make it as easy and cost effective for you to use our Professional services. That is why we offer convenient fixed rate packages as well as operating a general price list for various admin tasks. We are confident that you will see just what a cost effective solution a Virtual Secretary can be to your business. Statistics show that employees actually cost 2 to 2.5 times their rate of pay for the average employer. Using a Virtual Secretary not only is a cost saving for your business but it frees up your time on tasks allowing you to focus on key business growth areas. Contact us for a no-obligation chat about our Services and Rates. Unlike other Virtual Secretarial Companies all our costs are factored in up front – I don’t like unexpected financial surprises any more than you do. Inventory Checks & Lease Agreements

Private Landlords are you looking to have a Lease Agreement drawn up or an Inventory check put together, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial Property look no further! Let the "Inbox" start flowing again pretty please lol!

Here's to a really busy spring and summer on the work front. The weather is currently great for my Surveyor clients who spend most of their time out and about and on the road. Long may it last.
