Does MTD for Income Tax apply to limited companies?

The answer is no, not at the moment.

MTD for Income Tax is aimed at individuals with self-employment or property income reported through Self Assessment. 📊

Limited companies are currently outside of these rules, although MTD for Corporation Tax is expected in the future.

Understanding which rules apply to your business now can help avoid unnecessary confusion later on. 😊
