Is your weighing equipment showing inconsistent results?

Over time, components, like load cell hysteresis or debris build-up, along with age and wear can cause accuracy issues and weight errors.

Regular maintenance ensures your scales stay precise, reliable, and compliant.

Read our blog from our expert team to find out what other reasons can cause weighing inconsistencies: https://hubs.li/Q04cvn9n0

Did you know? Electronic interference is a leading cause of weighing equipment drift in industrial environments.

Moisture ingress or electromagnetic noise can disrupt the precision signals vital for accurate measurements, resulting in erratic readings and costly errors.

Ensure robust cable protection, proper installation, and regular calibration to keep your weighing systems reliable and compliant.

Did you know? “Mechanical creep” can impact your weighing accuracy, especially with new scales or when heavy loads remain on the platform for long periods.

This subtle shift happens as load cells take time to settle under constant weight, causing readings to slowly rise or fall before returning to zero.

Find out more about this and other reason why your weighing scales accuracy can drift in this blog:

Did you know that environmental factors can significantly impact the accuracy of your weighing equipment?

Temperature fluctuations, air currents from HVAC systems, and even nearby foot traffic can cause your scales to drift. This leads to inconsistent results and potential process inefficiencies.

For stable and reliable weighing, always consider your scale’s surroundings and ensure consistent environmental conditions.
