An evening of inspiration and perspective.

Our colleague, Lewis Saffery, and his wife recently had the privilege of attending an evening with Sir Chris Hoy.

Chris's honest and powerful account of his sporting achievements, personal challenges and experience with prostate cancer was both inspiring and thought-provoking, reinforcing the importance of raising awareness and encouraging open conversations about men's health.

1 in 4 Black men in the UK will get prostate cancer.

This Black History Month, it's important to raise awareness of the health issues that disproportionately affect Black men.

While 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, that rises to 1 in 4 for Black men. Many men who undergo treatment can also experience urinary incontinence, a side effect that is still too often surrounded by silence.
