It's been an extremely busy few years here at JS Technical Solutions Ltd. We've grown, changed and adapted as we've gone, and thanks to the continued support of our customers, we're now taking the next step.

We're delighted to introduce our new Sales Manager, Stew Bell, who has recently joined the team.

Many of you already know that we're very much an engineer-led business, and Stewart's role will allow us to continue growing while ensuring we maintain the level of service and support we're known for.

Wrapping up for the bank holiday weekend ☀️

There’s probably a lot more that goes on behind the scenes than most people realise, cleaning, testing, configuring, updating and making sure everything is ready to go before installation day.

As some of you may already know, we’re big fans of the stair walker when it comes to moving machines.

Unfortunately, this install wasn’t one of those jobs 😪

Tight access, plenty of awkward lifting, and more than a bit of blood, sweat and squeezing… but we got it in and up and running all the same 💪

The worst part of the job by far? Getting these machines upstairs.
And when we can’t use the stair climber… it’s never a good day.

It’s been a busy week with numerous installations, and 90% of them have involved plenty of stairs.

Nevertheless, the job gets done 💪

Amazing what a couple of months can do, this was out at Grasmere in the Lake District.

We proudly support Cumbria for all things photocopiers, but lately we’ve been getting enquiries from all over the UK.

This job was a bit of a hike… 6 hours one way!

Picture this…

Last Friday, all jobs wrapped up by 2pm (rare enough as it is), the sun was out, which is even rarer for Cumbria and we were heading back to the office to catch up on paperwork.

Then the phone goes…
Our good friends at StudioGraphic had a major issue with their plotter and it’s absolutely essential to what they do.
Now, this isn’t our usual day-to-day. It doesn’t even print… it cuts.

But after a few hours of head scratching, tinkering and a bit of trial and error, we got it back up and running again — crisis averted.

Not quite your typical photocopier job, but helping local businesses keep going is what it’s all about.

We usually stick to photocopiers across Cumbria… but every now and then, something different comes along.

It’s been a very busy few months at JS Technical Solutions Ltd

Here’s one from last week, a nice little upgrade from an A4 desktop device to one of our 45 page per minute A3 machines. Much more robust and far better suited as businesses grow.

We understand that as businesses expand, so do their print requirements, and we’re always here to accommodate.

While we’re proudly Cumbria-based, this one took us down to Cheshire!
