This week out team has been busy installing a equipment manufactured by Dahua UK & Ireland. We install 8x Tioc 2.0 AI Cameras which the client requested to help keep a family member safe when outside the property. We also intergrated into the system a Video Intercom. We was are also thankful for the quick turnaround of equipment supplied by Alison Nolan at Oprema Ltd.

Following a client’s request to investigate a fault with their fire alarm system, we identified an issue with the control equipment.

During our follow up visit today, we promptly fixed the issue by replacing the client’s fire alarm control panel, before commissioning it to be sure everything was in order.

To ensure our clients have the best service, we like to keep our engineer’s knowledge base, refreshed.

Through the support of our dedicated manufacturer C-Tec, our engineers have completed the “Quantec Call System” training, at their head office in Wigan.

This particular product is used mainly as a nurse call system in premises’ such as hospitals, care homes and other similar environments.
