“I came out of the meeting with my team leaders and thought ‘I’m really happy with how that went’

It started on time and it finished on time. We had really clear outcomes of what we wanted to achieve. Everyone was really collaborative.

I used different leadership styles across the meeting and I was really happy with how it went. I can see I’m getting better at this.

I’m seeing a real impact now and I just need to keep doing it.

I’ve still got all my notes and I carry them in my bag every day as a reminder.

Sophie asked me to write this on her behalf as she’s still recovering from a nasty cat attack 7 weeks ago….its difficult to type when you have a ‘cone of shame’ getting in the way of everything 😾

I thoroughly enjoyed facilitating your recent business breakfast, highlighting the link between leadership, engagement, productivity and profitability.

With 50 people in the room I was blown away by the high levels of participation and interaction, right through to the final minutes of the Q & A.
