For my retail and hospitality friends, enjoy the buzz and I hope you get to put your feet up for at least one day!

This is my last day in as, tomorrow, we celebrate the life of our dear friend and team mate Tracy Barton. Tracy loved all aspects of her life, work as well as home, living life to the full.

Life can be way too short.

If you’re not loving your work life, maybe take a moment over the Christmas break to think about the 1st step to making it better. Please reach out to others for help if you need it.

On Friday 19 December, we will celebrate the life of our fantastic team mate and friend Tracy Barton.

I’d known Tracy for many years, through our shared history at John Lewis, but I really got lucky when she agreed to become part of our team at Alison Craig Coaching Ltd. a few years ago.

Tracy was a talented facilitator and coach who helped a great many people improve both their capability and their confidence in the workplace.

Maybe you can tell a little from her photo, but only those who were lucky enough to meet her will truly understand the kindness, positive energy and thoughtfulness that Tracy brought to every interaction.

We have lost a dear friend and colleague but her positive impact lives on in so many ways and for that we are hugely grateful.
