I’ve been really fortunate to connect with a number of local businesses recently and wanted to reintroduce myself, for those who I haven’t yet had a chance to drink coffee with yet! 🙋🏼♀️
Well that was the first insight, I’m a coffee addict with a taste for the full bodied stuff - always from local roasters ! 😍
Super passionate about business and making sure HR can add value to the bottom line - whether that’s through operational support which is often where commerciality comes in - as well as knowing your employment law…. 💡or future proofing you for growth, through strategic projects, restructure, reward and all that good stuff 💪🏻
And I’m just as passionate about my town and the fantastic businesses which also get to call if their ‘home’ 🫶 One of the many reasons that I joined .
In the background, I’m doing the juggle of motherhood - kids parties, nursery, pre-school, soft play, milestones and dog walks - yes there’s a large, loveable Labrador too. And did I mention I’m obsessed with the ocean?! That’s the inspiration behind the Orla HR logo… 🌊
