Nice little combi swap we done the other week with 5 new radiator’s and valves, this one comes with 10 years guaranty parts and labour from Worcester Bosch t&c apply, we also fitted a Worcester mini filter and comfort controls plus scale reducer and shock arrester. The column radiators are from stelrad. We also used condensate pro to lag the condense pipe as it run out side. All parts was supplied by city plumbing Ross branch

First couple of clips is how the boiler was left after its was installed few years ago, their was about 6-7 problems with it, condense to small through the e wall and not lagged with the soak away to close to house, flue not sealed to the brickwork and old flue hole not bricked up, under sized gas pipe only 13mb at the boiler, 13amp fuse in plug, retaining clip missing for control panel, no magnetic filter, scale reducer or shock arrester and old programmer plus boiler wire left on connection block with 240v if the old fused spur was turned on ⚡️. We rectified all of this as shown in the rest of the reel and now made safe to use, all parts supplied by Ross branch for great product sorting the condense out and helping keep the boiler clean.

Regular customer asked for an outside tap to be installed and didn’t want the pipe run inside the house, so we popped out u see the sink using a double check valve and t-bar isolation valve. We then fixed the pipe using brass monson rings for a better fixing then plastic clips and looks mint, we then popped the pipe round the corner into a double non-return bib tap with a drain off on the lowest point. All parts supplied by City Plumbing UK Ross branch

Conversion done last week, we removed a Worcester heat only with vertical flue,hot water cylinder,all the wiring and controls plus a load of not needed pipe work in the loft.
We had to fit 18mm ply in the cupboard so the boiler had a firm fixing. A new Worcester 2000 30kw with a vertical flue Worcester magnetic filter, scale reducer, shock arrester, condense pump and Worcester comfort controls. This install we decided to use press fit fittings due to working in the loft so reduces risks and no naked flames in the loft space. All parts was supplied by Ross branch .uk clips for securing pipework and as always fitting the best boiler providing a 7 years parts and labour guaranty with this model. fit
