Not sure where to start with this one…
Since joining us back in July 2023, Max has become a massive part of the team and day to day life at JCS. Whether it’s been on site, in the van, or sending us videos like that one, he’s always brought a bit of humour with him… usually when we least expected it.
But behind that, he’s been hardworking, reliable, and someone we’ve genuinely been able to count on.
We asked a few of the team and customers what they wanted to say, and it says everything really…

“Really going to miss you Max, it’s been lovely working with you… I’m going to miss you making me laugh with your witty one liners!”
“Lovely bloke, who is very helpful, gutted to hear he is leaving.”

“Although it’s been a short time I have worked with Max, it’s been lovely getting to know you. All the best.”
“Bye Max, you will be missed.”
“Good luck in your future endeavours Max, we will all miss you at JCS, thanks for all you’ve done.”
Max will be leaving JCS on 6th May to head back home to Ukraine. We’re gutted to see him go, but we completely respect it and wish him nothing but the best for what comes next.
Max, thank you for everything. You’ll always be part of the JCS team.
