Work is progressing well on the £6m transformation of Vanguard Centre at University of Warwick Science Park, with several major construction milestones now achieved.

The building is beginning to take shape, with the new CLT timber reception extension and courtyard infill progressing well, alongside the installation of new windows and external doors that are transforming the look of the Centre.

Once complete, Vanguard Centre will provide high-quality laboratory and office space designed for innovative life science and technology businesses.
