Rental bathroom full renovation by

- Combination of click laminate waterproof flooring, wall panelling and tiling for low maintenance.

- Fully rewired, building regs compliant, re boarded, waterproofed, re plumbed and freshly skimmed ceiling.

- Soil stack fully upgraded as was in a terrible condition

We caught this one at the right time as during the rip out we found due to a poorly fitted bath a water leak had started to rot the floor joists.

Wet room failure!!!!

Bit different to the usual full bathroom renovation.
This one was a 10 year old wetroom.
The mosaic tiles had started to pop on the pre formed tray, upon inspection the waterproof membrane had been incorrectly installed and moisture had gotten underneath and delaminated it.
Our objective was to retro fit a standard shower tray to replace the wet room and in doing so save the rest of the showeroom.
One hell of a rip out, shoddy workmanship uncovered at every step.
Obsolete floor tiles but thanks to for destroying a display to salvage them, and although could still get similar wall tiles we couldn’t in the previous size.
Turned out as well as we could have hoped!
