We’re looking for 2 x part time team members to join our small but mighty team at The Little Cake Bakers!
✨ 8 hours per week, across Tuesdays & Wednesdays
We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in! This role would be perfect for someone who loves sweet treats, enjoys being part of a crazy, fun environment and is looking for a part-time role within our growing team.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Helping with cake prep, decorating, packing, and general bakery tasks
• Keeping our kitchen space clean and organised including filling and emptying dishwasher and washing tins
• Supporting the team with anything needed on our busy prep days
• Bringing good vibes and a great work ethic!
🧁 You’ll need:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail (especially when it comes to decorating!)
• The ability to work efficiently and independently
• Kitchen or bakery experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll show you the ropes!
📍 Based at our bakery in Elgin Industrial Estate KY12 7SN
💼 8-hours minimum: Tuesdays & Wednesdays (daytime hours, some flexibility)
➕ Extra hours may be available based on demand, especially during busy weeks or event seasons.
This role includes a 3-month probationary period, with monthly check-ins to review progress, provide feedback and support you as you settle into the role.
