We are pleased to support the new £17.3 million St Kevin’s Community Hub in Bargeddie, which has now welcomed pupils from St Kevin’s Primary School into their new home.

For the project, Exi-tite specified and supplied Helios Air 1 XC heat recovery ceiling ventilation units, complete with bespoke condensate trays.

The customised approach was required because the units were installed at a 15–20% gradient to suit the building’s complex architectural design.

It is a great example of how the right ventilation solution often depends not just on product selection, but on understanding the building and the practical challenges on site.

A fantastic community project to be involved in, and one that will support pupils, families and the wider Bargeddie community for years to come.
