A common misconception about hiring a Virtual Assistant is that you'll have to train them when they start, however the beauty of working with Virtual Diamond is that we are a team of VA's with skills in multiple areas. This means that we won't need training because we already have expertise in the area you are seeking support in.
Of course, at the start of your time working with a new VA, there will be some to and fro as you get used to working with each other, while you get used to delegating tasks and while your VA starts to understand the areas you need support in, how your business works and what general day to day will look like.
But as you move into month two, three and so on, these processes will become streamlined and your previous frustrations will become a quick daily task that can be dealt with by your VA, instead of building up day by day until it's hours of work for you on a weekend.
When we start with a new client, we figure out their pain points, and how we can help them. We recommend creating a to do list that you and your VA can add to so you both know what you have going on, and where you are up to with tasks.
We also recommend sharing your calendar with your VA so that they can see what is taking up the most time in your diary, what you have going on each day and help you with managing your time.
