A fantastic achievement for TSM Operations Manager Jason Farkas!

Jason recently took on a DEKA FIT challenge in Derby, completing 10 fitness stations and 5km of running in an impressive 48:38 - beating his target of sub-50 minutes.

After months of training, Jason certainly put himself to the test - and he's already talking about going back to beat his time!

As one door open, another door closes 🚪👋🏼 Today we say goodbye to Ryan, our Business Administrator from HQ. Ryan has been with us for 2 years, changing and growing with the business needs. He is moving up north to undertake an Apprenticeship in Welding 👨🏼‍🏭🥸

We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Lou into the role 🤩. Lou is only in her second week and has taken to it like a duck to water 🦢💧we wish you both every success!
